To carry out the work, we had to replace the battery in this Harley

The cause of the oil leak was found and successfully resolved.

It's all about the poor sealing connection of the three-phase stator line.
Seal (plug) It is installed at the input to the inner primary (the line goes to the voltage regulator).

The stator has already been repaired.
Coils winding has been replaced.
But the sealing joint against oil leakage remains old.
A new sealing joint as a separate part is not for sale (will be new when buying a new stator)

Замена масла, фильтра.
Восстановление и покраска переднего и заднего крыла.
Удаление охранной сигнализации Pandora. (НЕ МОНТИРУЙТЕ НА СВОИ МОТОЦИКЛЫ ЭТО Г.....(фекалии))
Установка нового СТОП СИГНАЛА и новой линии электропроводки.
Шиномонтаж

P.S - При замене резины лучше снять ведомый шкив.
Шкив и Ваш кошелек при этом останутся нетронутыми.

В работе мы используем
Лакокрасочные материалы Sikkens

Объем масла в маслобаке вместе с фильтром - 2,6 литра
Объем масла в коробке и примари - 0,96 литра
Масло - SAE 20w50
Сливная пробка примари(обязательно с новым уплотнительным кольцом),момент затяжки - (19-40.7 Nm)
Масляный фильтр - Затяните рукой на 1/2-3/4 оборота после касания с прокладкой
Крышка инспекции цепи в примари,момент затяжки -(9.5-13.6 Nm)
Винты крепления ведомого шкива,момент затяжки - (74.6-88.2 Nm),обязательно с фиксатором резьбы(цвет красный,Loctite 262 )
Гайка передней оси затягивается с моментом - ( 81-88 Nm)
Гайка задней оси затягивается с моментом - (129-142 Nm)
Зажимной винт передней оси(в правом слайдере)
затягивается с моментом - ( 28.5-36.6 Nm)
Болты крепления переднего тормозного суппорта затягиваются с моментом - (38-51.6 Nm)
Тормозной диск передний затягивается с моментом - (21.7-32.6 Nm),обязательно с фиксатором резбы(цвет синий,Loctite 243)
Тормозной диск задний затягивается с моментом - (40.7-61.1 Nm ),обязательно с фиксатором резбы(цвет синий,Loctite 243)

Переднее крыло (болты и гайки) затягиваются с моментом - (10.9-17.6 Nm)
Заднее крыло (болты) затягиваются с моментом - (14.9 -24.4 Nm)
Гайки крепления задних поворотников затягиваются с моментом - (14.9-24.4 Nm)

Замена штатной выхлопной системы на выпуск Vance & Hines .
Установка FuelPak от V & H.
Установка воздушного фильтра нулевого сопротивления.
Замена тросов дроссельной заслонки.
Замена рычагов тормоза и сцепления.
Замена подшипников колес (спереди и сзади).
Замена подшипников маятника
Удален комплект блокировки вилки.
Шиномонтаж.

Затянуть гайку передней оси - (81-88 Нм)
Затянуть гайку задней оси - (129-142 Нм)
Болты крепления ведомого шкива,момент затяжки - (74.6-88.2 Nm),обязательно с фиксатором резьбы(цвет красный,Loctite 262 )
Зажимной винт передней оси - (28,5-36,6 Нм)
Болты крепления переднего тормозного суппорта - (38-51,6 Нм)
Затянуть нижние крепежные винты амортизаторов - (61-68 Нм)
Болты крепления маятника Затянуть с - (81,4-95 Нм)
